New art prints!
The latest additions to the shop.
Post by Lisa
We just added a couple new prints to the shop : ) These are pieces Lee did in the last year, in between fixing up our old house, selling it and moving cross country.
Fun little watercolor sketch!

Here's a quick little painting Lee did before dinner last night. It looks so sweet and peaceful, but the painting process was anything but 😄
Dinner was running late and our little one was cranky, so there were lots of tears and whining. Lee was trying to paint at the dinner table, but with constant interruptions from the little one. It was total chaos, yet somehow the painting seems so serene! Real life 😉
Love, Santa

We're finally back from traveling all summer and look what we found in the mail! The new picture book Lee illustrated!
It's a truly beautiful story about Santa and the spirit of Christmas. Written by the illustrious Martha Brockenbrough 😀
It will be available on Amazon on 9/26!
Lee's fancy art book!
Post by Lisa
Lee's fancy art book has arrived! Woohoo! Apparently there are 2,000 of them sitting in a warehouse somewhere in Portland 😀
Of course, we are not actually in Portland at the moment, but we shall commence shipping as soon as we get back next week! Thanks to all who supported his Kickstarter campaign!
New artwork!
With a whole lot of cattitude 😀 (We just couldn't help ourselves!)

We love kitties around here! They definitely have a way of taking over 😀
This is a series Lee is working on for the upcoming Art in the High Desert art fair. It will be a limited edition run of hand-pulled prints. Lee's calling it "Cat With Crooked Whiskers 1."
A Peaceful Slumber
What happens when you have insomnia...
Post by Lee
This image was inspired by insomnia 😀 Sometimes I wake up at night and can't sleep and so of course I go check Facebook (probably not the best way to fall back asleep!). I see a lot of people complaining about not being able to sleep so I wanted to make a sort of fairy tale image that showed someone in a deep slumber. I got the idea of the bull as a protector and as a guardian. I noticed that both my son and my cats seem to really be able to sleep when they know they are totally safe and protected.
This image is painted in watercolor on a rigid watercolor board. Painted size is 16"x20". The framed and matted size is 22"x28"
